Default computer scrolling all by itself

hello
i am new to this site and i need help. my computer has started scrolling down a page all by itself. i have defragged. run avg, spybot, pc cleaner, adaware and nothing works. any suggestions? thanks charlene

First question; did you try a different mouse and keyboard yet? They would be the first and easiest things to change/test.

sounds like some carp on the scroll wheel if the mouse has one has Hengis says try replacements

It might just be a case of your down arrow being stuck on your keyboard
