Default connection laptop and pc
I have a windows vista laptop and a windowx xp pc i want to transfer files from my pc to my laptop i have a RJ45 cable but i have no idea how i would set it up if any one could exmplain to me or direct me in the right direction i would be thankfull. Thanks

In Vista try Accessories... Remote Desktop Connection, but first read this URL ... #1

Personally, I use a 2 gig flash drive to transfer files between computers. It's much simpler.

ok thanks for that. Is there any way to do it via wireless? My pc is connected directly via my wireless router and my laptop is connected wirelessly can i do it wiressly? Thanks
