Riva Tuner is an amazing free program thats used to over clock you video card with ease but now windows defender is blocking it. how do i get it unblocked?know that i have Vista Service pack 1 and i can't uninstall the service pack 1 it cause i cleaned up the old files thats used to be there for service pack none how do i get it unblocked it dose it every time i boot up and i can't enable it because it can't find a maker or a digital signature i tired going to the windows help site but i have to pay for it or own a copy of windows live one care i did have that and i like AVG full edition better. Can anyone help me unblock Riva Tuner?

Hello,Open windows defender then open tools.

Click open allowed items and add this programm to it.

Then under software explorer you need to check your settings there.
