Windows Vista - [Answered] System restore error posted in the Operating Systems forums; Hi I get error 0x8007007B when trying to start System restore. I have found a solution : Dell - Support Does that delete all the saved restore points?...

Hi

I get error 0x8007007B when trying to start System restore. I have found a solution : Dell - Support

Does that delete all the saved restore points?

No it is telling you only to uncheck any duplicate System Restore points,do not uncheck all.

only one are checked, the missing one, it looks like this

[ ] SW_Preload (C: )(System)
[x] SW_Preload (C: )(Missing)

Uncheck second one and check first one.
