Here's a link for the latest drivers for your graphics card. The error you describe is most like a graphics driver issue as Hengis said. The drivers you downloaded are from 2007 - try the latest ATI ones released Feb 2008.

Do you have IE7 - if not install that and if you still have problems see the link below. Strangely some people have fixed this problem by installing IE7. The Blue Screens of Death could be caused by a number of things. A lot of people have problems with this game crashing especially when trying to use DirectX 10. Anyways if none of these fix ur problem then try the new processor and ram. However I've read a that a few ppl have tried that and it made no difference.

Answer

Just found this forum - its by the makers of the game - you may want to try here also.

IE7 Link below:

Internet Explorer: Home Page

Try deleting all your temporary internet files, etc. That can help also. Look at the posts on the 2 sites i gave you and if you can't find a fix then i would post on one or both of them. They have experts that have fixed this same problem on numerous pc's and will be able to tell you straight away whether more ram and a cpu will actually help the problem. Also did you try reinstalling after applying some of the solutions they listed.
