Hello schembri,

Nope, not unless the motherboard itself is very very similar in make and model, or identical. The Windows installation, settings and files are based on your motherboards hardware. Even if you do manage to boot with a similar motherboard, you will most likely experience a drop in performance running drivers which are meant for a different motherboard.
