Hey just installed xp on a different partition with vista already on my pc. want to know why and how to get a boot selection screen as it just seems to load up to xp and i have seemed to "lost"vista lol any help will be much appritiated.

Vista can't boot off the XP bootloader. The last 2 steps you have to do after installing is to 1. reinstate the Vista bootloader and 2. enable dual booting.
