Im having a problem with my Internet. I have a laptop with Vista and Im using a USB Mobile Broadband connection but I cannot access the internet on the Guest account because it says that the "database file cannot be accessed" so how can i allow that program to have full access?

Who is your provider, what brand and model is the USB adapter, and what is the error message you are getting...word for word including any punctuation?

This is probably the type of question that would best be solved by your internet provider, but I will try to find an answer for you.
