Angry [Fixed] Vista permissions problem

I just installed a new mobo in my desktop. It's up and running smooth. I'm trying to install MS Office 2003 Pro that I downloaded from a pay download site. I get an error message about permissions and the installation stops. I 've attached a screen shot of the error dialog box. I know absolutely NOTHING about Windows permissions, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay now im not too sure. But if its an .exe then right click it. And follow these steps:

- Right click the .exe
- Click Properties
- Click Compatibility tab
- At the bottom make sure your check the Administrative rights box

Actually it's an inf file. mapisvc.inf. The problem is that the install wizard for Office 2003 Pro is trying to update that file and because of Vista permissions it isn't allowed to. I need to change the permission for that file and/or the parent file to allow it to be updated. Hope that made things a little clearer.
