Dual booted on ntfs and now having problems!
Ive had windows on my ntfs 200gb hdd for a while now. Well I got a copy of Vista and went to install it on my other empty ntfs 250gb hdd for dual boot and it didnt work, when it came to the dual boot menu it would just restart the pc then the next day it worked all day then this morning i turn it on and got to the boot loader and restarted and repeat. I know for dual boot I am supposed to have fat32 but my question is, if i install xp one hdd and vista on another hdd each in their own fat32 partitions will it boot right? and will the rest of the ntfs hdd function as storage? the problem i have is that a fat32 partion can only be.....well....32gb and that is not enough for all of my program files that i plan to install. Can someone please tell me how organize my drives?
thanks
