Default Major Help Needed!

My computer runs normally and the last time it presented no problem! Now that I turned it on, it logged on to another user saying that the usual user can't load. My documents folder is completely empty!!!!

Oh my God! And if I restart, it returns to this "temporary user"... Please what is happening to my computer?!?!?
I opened the Event Long and they said my Hard Disk has had a bad block!!!!

They also say that the changes I make to this user won't be saved...
