Question [Answered] How to set up computer to dual boot?

Allo mates,

I'm using Vista Ultimate 32 bit on my "C" drive. I would like to install Vista Ultimate 64 bit on my "D" drive and play with it. I have 183GB free on my "D" drive.

How do I set things up to achieve that without interfering with the 32 bit system on the "C" drive?

Thanks

Default Re: How to set up computer to dual boot?

Hey Jay, welcome to PCHF.

It's very easy to do Jay. Install Vista as normal. During the setup process, you'll have an option of which partition to install it on to. And that's all you need to do. A boot menu will automatically appear after the installation is complete, that will allow you to select between operating systems.

EDIT: Marked as Answered.
