Windows Vista - moniter looks like it is raining lines down the screen posted in the Operating Systems forums; hello i just got a new pc with vista and everything i made sure it was good enough for pc gaming but my question is about my moniterb the best ...

Default moniter looks like it is raining lines down the screen

hello i just got a new pc with vista and everything i made sure it was good enough for pc gaming but my question is about my moniterb the best way to desribe it it is that it looks like it is raining.lines just keep falling down the screen i went through my hp display controls but i found no luck canb some one help me,i would have put this in a moniter thread but there isnt one...please help thank you.
