Default Zonealarm for Vista

Hi there1
i have been using Zonealarm for a while now but recently i got Vista
and i;m havung trouble getting a free version of zonealarm
it keeps telling me there;s a driver incapability even though i;m downloading
Zonealarm for vista,does anyone have any ideas !

would appreciate it

Hi there and welcome to PCHF

Is this when installing? If so have you tried installing in safe mode. Tap F8 on boot until menu comes up and select safe mode from there.

Hello.

As far as possible try not to install ZoneAlarm in Safe Mode, my work in the ZoneLabs forum tells me that that usually gives rise to a lot more problems.

When do you get this error message? During the installation? It would help if you can provide a clearer explaination, and a screenshot would be even better.

Did you perform an upgrade? Was Zone Alarm installed already?
