Just received my new PC. Sound doesn't work. I tried to reinstall the drivers, get new ones, use windows update, multiple times. Still doesn't work and when it does it's not loud at all I have it maxed out and it sounds like it's on low. What should I do.

I'm not trying to pass the buck so to speak but it is probably still under warranty and if I were you I would use this while you still can.

Anything showing in Device Manager?
Have you tried other speakers?
