Harddrive:- Sata W.D 500GB HDD
Ram:- 3GB of Ram (2x1GB kingmax ddr2 800mhz + 1x1GB ddr2 800mhz Team elite)

It was working well for the first few hours till i got a blue screen of death, i only installed the basic drivers and not much else. Default Re: Vista problems

Hi welcome to PCHF I would Try running just the one type of memory to see if it becomes stable mixing RAM can cause this type of problem if incompatitble it's not just the speed. You may have to do a repair install of you O/S to get it going again. Also do you have onboard graphics aswell as a card if so remove the card and run the onboard to see if it is any better. Once you get it booting test all RAM
