Question [Resolved] blue screen then crash

i have a packard bell pc with vista ultimate on it,it has 1.5 gig memory pentium 4, 3.2GHZ processor seagate HDD asus motherboard. anyway its been fine since iv had it. then yesterday i was browsing the net and i got blue screen, and it rebooted i hadn't done anythink to it after it rebooted i got a message. then today it has done the same thing again with the same message could some one please have a look below and see if they no what the problem is thanks jackp1..

i dont no how to do attach the mini dump, could you please tell me how. all i have done is when i got blue screen then it rebooted i received a message explaining the problem, and all i done was open office word and copied the microsoft message into the new document which i copied into my message on this site so im not sure how to attach the mini dump?

Hi, the crash seems to be related to networking drivers or networking software. There is a hotfix for this error here: Windows Vista may stop responding when you install software that adds legacy network drivers - let us know if it works.

iv been to microsoft website and requested the hotfix, they said i should receive it within about 8 hours so il keep you informed on how it works.. thanks again for your help hopefully it will work
