i used uninstaller to remove Eset smart security suite 5 yesterday, then removed any trace of it & rebooted.i then put pc tools firewall back on, and it's never crashed at all today so i think its fair to say it was Eset that was causing the problem. my pc has been on since 11 oclock this morning, its now 7-15 in the evening and all is well ,this time yesterday it had
BSOD 3 times in the same amount of time so i wont be putting that program on again thats for sure. thanks for everyone's help or id still be scratching my head without a clue cheers...
