i used uninstaller to remove Eset smart security suite 5 yesterday, then removed any trace of it & rebooted.i then put pc tools firewall back on, and it's never crashed at all today so i think its fair to say it was Eset that was causing the problem. my pc has been on since 11 oclock this morning, its now 7-15 in the evening and all is well ,this time yesterday it had BSOD 3 times in the same amount of time so i wont be putting that program on again thats for sure. thanks for everyone's help or id still be scratching my head without a clue cheers...

Great news Jack. To be honest it did look like a conflict between this program and your networking drivers, but did not know for certain. The Eset Smart Security software would probably work fine if it wasn't for those drivers. At least everything is working fine now.

Let us know if you have any further issues. Will mark this one as resolved.
