i downloaded the free trial of paint shop pro 9 and installed it...but when i click to open a box pops up saying:

"To start this application for the first time or to activate, log in using an administrator-level account. From then on, you can use any user account to start this application."

the problem is, i have the only account on my laptop and it is administrator

what do i do???anyone else have this problem?

(i tried making an alternate account named "test" and made it administrator too, then tried and got the same box)

Hi there and welcome to PCHF, right click the programs .exe file and click "Run As Administrator"
