Hello Selwood86,
I did a search for that at the Microsoft Knowledgebase and nothing came up for any of those disk cleanup types.
So I did a search about it on google. The only information I found (and there wasn't very much at all) showed that when people removed those files, it completely messed up their operating system in one way or another. A couple people lost all their desktop shortcuts, and one person couldn't even boot back into Vista after removing those files.
I am thinking this is some sort of malicious software attack on Vista. Especially that in the MS Knowledgebase, there is no information about Windows Error Reporting files to remove in disk cleanup.
If you can follow my prework link and post your results in the HijackThis! Logs section of our forum, one of our security staff can take a look and see if you are infected with some malicious software.
At this point, I would leave those files there for now.
Hope that helps!
