Im really sorry about that i ment the one on the left (don't know what i was thinking). Also you asked what version, I have Vista Ultimate (won it at a networking seminar I was invited to) or else id never have bought it (to expensive). But ya i ment the one on the left.

Your problem then is that you are missing the en-US folder. I do not know what provisions the Vista Ultimate version has for replacing those files.

I've taken you as far as I can. Perhaps there is a Member or Staffer with the Ultimate version here who can assist you in that area. I am fairly sure that if you can install those files in the en-US folder, then the WPG program will work.

If nothing else, you should be contacted by a PCHF staff person.

I suspect your problem occurred during the initial installation of Vista. You probably didn't make the right selection at some point. If that is the case, then if you tried to reinstall Vista on your own you will probably make the same mistake again unless someone can point out exactly what to select where to insure that everything gets installed correctly.

How far back do your system restore points go? Back to when you installed Vista?

I looked and it seems as though there are no restore points, is there any way one of you could just take a look at this remotely? I think it would help if you are in control and can see the messige for yourself. Thanks
