Yes, checking for bugs can't hurt-- but from the sound of things so far-- I'm leaning towards an ISP issue....I might be wrong.

First thought of mine was ISP is having DNS (domain name system) is having an issue...
And second thought was in line with MadGamer.

Please follow the prework first, and we'll see if you're clean...then tackle the rest if there are still issues
