Try this. On your desktop, right click on Computer.
Left click on Properties.

Do you see the same blank page?

My attachments say it all:
1) When I went through the Properties way, it displayed the System page. (photo 1 scan1)
2) The rating is shown and the Windows Experience Index link is shown too.
3) When I press on the link, the blank page shows again (photo 2 scan 2)

Thanks for the help

Thank you for the images.

Two suggestions.
First, access the Properties of your C: drive.
Under Tools tab, click on the Error-checking Check Now... button
Place a check mark in both boxes. Click on the Start button.
You will have to reboot to complete the process.
This will confirm that your C: drive is functioning correctly.

Second, after the above, go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt
Place the mouse on Command Prompt and right click.
Left click on Run as administrator
Enter: sfc /scannow
Note: There is a space between the "c" and the "/".
This might repair your problem.

I used the 2 suggestions earlier...
1) I performed the disk check (chkdsk) and it completed successfully. Then, I ran a read-only chkdsk on the same disk to check if it stills find problems and it did!!! Even after the check!
2) I ran the sfc command, checked for errors and a message came saying that it had to stop at 98%, that it found corrupt files and was unable to fix some of them...

I NEED DESPERATE HELP!!! MY COMPUTER IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD!
