Question [Answered] HELP Please

I recently got a new computer. as you know when you first boot up a new computer it asks for your name. with my fast typing i accidently called myself "Lism" instead of "Liam". I renamed a few things when i got onto my account such as my user name and documents e.g however even though i have renamed them liam's documents i get a message reading something liek this when liamdocuments/lism...... (not exact. My PC name isnt even "Lism". So how can isolve this problem and rename it?
