no, they dont, i have shared my folders that i have set as documents over networks, and they can be easily accessed by other users as well, without changing settings which cannot normally be done with the standard folder's a good way to look at it when it comes to changing where the my documents go, is all it does is redirect a shortcut, the folder it goes to, is the same, granted with quite a few more files in it

you can still check with one OS, if it IS hidden or locked you can only get to it from the one user acount unless they choose to share the folder

Oh, you can get around that easy enough...we've helped people on this site do that many many times, especially with hard drive crashes.
