Default [Pending] Registry Problems!

Hey guys.

Dunno if this is the right section.

Its a problem about my Registry, im using Tune Up Utilities 2007 and everytime I run the Tune Up Registry Cleaner there is always 3 Problems which never get cleaned, no matter how many times I run it these 3 Problems always come up.

1 Problem on ActiveX and COM -
IWinPwdSvc
This interface points to the missing CLSID isPwdSvc.WinPwdSvc in ProxyStubClsid.

2 Problems in Startup
?????????
This startup entry points to the missing program ?????????????e.

????r
This startup entry points to the missing program.

Anyone know what the hell these are and how to get rid of them because they just wont go away?

Iv also tried to delete them in TuneUp Registry Editor, but it says "One or more values could not be deleted" "Access is denied".

Hello.

Are you running in an administrator account?
Have you tried running the registry scan in Safe Mode?

I have an Acer Laptop with Windows Vista.

I am running an Administrator account.

How do I get into safe mode with Windows Vista?

To get into the Vista safe mode, press and hold the F8key (or some computers prefer tapping the F8key continuously) as the computer is booting...
You'll get into a menu where you'll have to navigate with your arrow keys to the option 'Safe Mode'.
It's quite similar to getting in Safe Mode with XP...

Im still having this problem, but its only this one which shows up now -

????r
This startup entry points to the missing program.

I have CCleaner but that does not get rid of it either, its like Tune Up & CCleaner fix the error but when you go to clean up the registry again its still there, I have tried it in safe mode aswell but no luck, its doing my head in.

Can anyone help?

I have recently restored my laptop to factory defaults but it is still there.

Anyone have any idea what it is?
