I´m absolutely new here in this forum. As I am from Germany, I hope my English is not too poor to exlain in English what i think in German.

Now to the subject discussed before :

I have exactly the same problem. I ran the programm Tune Up an an administrator, but it did not help.

I don't personally use the programs you mentioned, but the ??????? must point to an entry. Can you tell us what entry this is? Also: What kind of notebook/desktop you use? Could it be a manufacturer entry?
