Default [Fixed] Thread stuck in driver error

Hello, this is my first post on here, so excuse me if I'm posting this in the wrong part of the forum. I recently built a PC that runs Vista 32-bit. Everything runs like a champ, however sometimes when I try to watch a video on YouTube or playing a game, I get a blue screen error and my computer restarts on its own. The error that Vista is telling me I'm getting is STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER. First I did all the basics, ran a virus and spyware scan and everything came out clean. Then I replaced my graphics card (Vista help stated that it might be a solution). The current card I have is a Geforce 7950GT, the one I replace and tested with was an ATI Radeon X1950 Pro. Two top of the line cards. Both still got the error message. I've found a temporary solution in lowering my power settings to "power saver" but I notice a definite decrease in performance when I play games. Is there any possible fix I can try that doesn't hinder performance? Thank you.

Ok...i found a solution rather quickly

It's all do to with your video card drivers.
But first, lets do a bit more work.
What motherboard do you have? I'll find a new set of drivers for that for you, then I'll point you in the right direction of a nice stable set of drivers for both the ATI and nVidia cards

Thanks

Ok, first download and install these from here - Download Software, Drivers and Utilities Filters
You'll need to select your Operating System.

For the nvidia card - The Guru of 3D Download Section
For the ATI card - The Guru of 3D Download Section

Only install the card that you're using currently. Or there may be conflicts.

Alright, I see multiple downloads for the intel chipset. Do I just click on the top one?
