Hi welcome to the forum You could put the old hard drive in the new PC but you will most likely need to do a repair install of windows xXP to get it going in the new PC. Which you don't have

There are a few methods of doing this you can remove the new hard disk from the new PC and install your old one and do a repair install of your windows XP which requires a XP cd and leaves you data and programs intact. Or you could setup a dual boot but there is a lot involved in doing that but it can be done.
