Vista is fine
It's the printer software that isn't available from the manufacturers...
Doubtful that they're connected.

However...the only reference to that I could find was a French site where they said "no solution has been found yet"

Apparantly it's an issue with the actual software itself.
I'll keep looking.

Hey, did you manage to find anything?

It's just so weird, and it doesn't even state an error code or anything.

Thanks again for your help.

Thanks again for your help.
1. To do the "sfc /scannow", goto Start>Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt
Place the mouse over the Command Prompt and press the Right mouse button.
Click on "Run as administrator"
Enter: sfc /scannow
NOTE: there is a space between sfc and /scannow.

2. I couldn't find where you indicated the make and model of your printer.
If you did, my apologies and please provide it again for me and I'll join the search. Thanks.

I don't understand what's doing this. The images aren't protected and I don't think they're being used by another program... any ideas??

Thanks for your time.

Do you require additional assistance with this problem?
