Welcome to the PCHF reca.
If you goto Start and right click on Computer and select Properties.
It should tell you "Windows edition" up the top. If it has 64 bit or x64 in the title, then you have 64 bit version.
If there's only Windows Vista <version> then you've got 32bit.
