Default [Resolved] Vista - XP WORKGROUP Printer

I have a WORKGROUP with a Vista computer connected via a router to an XP Pro computer that has a printer physically connected to it.

When I try to add the network printer to the Vista computer, it sees the printer, but trying to connect to the printer causes an Error 0x00000002 to be displayed.

Can any one tell me how to overcome the error?

This URL...Error Message: STOP 0x00000050 0xe2000000 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000002 ... provides a fix or a Window 2000 O/S and a fix for a NT 4.0. Will one of these apply to a Vista O/S?

Thanks...

I am not mapping a drive. Plus, the solution stated...

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
• Do not map a drive directly to the Sources folder. Instead, use the net use command to map a drive to the parent folder that contains the Sources folder.
• Run the Setup program by using a universal naming convention (UNC) path instead of by using the net use command to map a drive.

So, how does that apply to my problem and how do I implement the fix?

OK, Merlin show us some of your magic...

You could check out the settings as they show here, just to make sure it's all set up ok.

The only thing I'm worried about...
Is I remember you saying that there were no drivers for your printer in Vista available yet...I believe this is what's causing the error to occur.
