So whats the diffrence between the 32 and 64 bit version, and if I want to play the games coming out for vista soon do I need the 64 bit?

IMO if your not going to have any driver or software compatiblity issues, you should go for x64. It is faster and better security.

It really all depends onw hat you do.
Most software has support for it now.
The occasional piece of software that isn't properly developed will cause you some problems....such as phone software
