first please look at the picture

i printed screen it 5 mins ago
in this picture, it show you the language/Text on my window is FXXKed up, but i have no problem using the computer, i can still go on website, MSN, but it can only display English
the reason to cause this, i think it might be because of the language pack window update i installed before. i'm not sure how, but when i used the computer earlier today, it was fine, and i turned it on again 30 minutes ago, the text is fuxked...
does anyone know how to fix thiss?

Did you try uninstalling the language pack as it looks like that is the culprit. I use Vista and have not run across this problem yet.. Did you mess with the character map before this happend?

i want to uninstall the language pack too.. but i just can't find where to unistall it since i can't read anything that display on my window! i was messing with the language bar and language pack thingy earlier, just wanted to try to use japanese language...
