I was just wondering if anyone could help me out please,

I have just bought a brand new PC and i also got Kaspersky internet security 6.0 with it,my problem is that i can't install KIS on Windows Vista,it keeps saying this version is not compatibale with this version of windows,so i went to a website and updated Kaspersky but now when i keep trying to install it again,it keeps saying insufficient memory..

can anyone please help because at the moment i have no protection on my PC..

my PC specs are...

512 MB RAM
160 GB hard drive
and i'm running Windows Vista Home Premium

Thanks in advance

it very well could be insufficient memory......I know vista likes a gig, but will run on 512....but with all the other stuff, kaspersky could be pushing it over the limit....I'd call teh kaspersky techs on the deal and see what they say. I don't think that there's anything I can do except maybe recommend buying more ram, but there could be another solution.

Again, I'd start with calling Kaspersky.

marking as answered. If the matter still needs to be addressed, please post in this thread, and I will be more than happy to attend to it.

thanks,
