yep it has. They hope to reduce this time for the next windows after vista, i think it may be called vienna!

i don't like vienna for an OS. it makes me think of those cookies i used to dip in milk...

Now Vienna is just weird, so is Vista. They really should have stuck with Windows 2001, Windows 2007, Windows 7.0, something like that.

at least the vision i get in my head of Vista is a pretty one.
