I've only read a couple reviews on the beta1 version. Apparently it's going to run smoother than XP on the same hardware...I'll believe it when i see it but I'm currently making a transition to Linux so MS better really deliver or else i'm jumping ship . It's all that crazy DRM stuff I don't like.

Yeah, it looks nice, but are there any major feature changes (besides alot of anti-piracy stuff)? If not, I'm not paying just for improved graphics. I also wouldn't buy it as soon as it comes out. There will definitly be a lot of bug fixes to install during the fist few weeks if you do.
