Account Reset Console 4.5 Tool

Lieberman Software has released their Account Reset Console version 4.5 which allows users to reset their own password. This software is said to save cost in technical support which I am skeptical since password resets don’t happen frequently and usually the percentage should be extremely low and insignificant to tech support costings.
