Hello and welcome to PCHF,

I'll mark this thread open so it attracts our highly skilled tech staff.

Is it slow from startup or just slow when oppening programs?

Thanks for you're patience,

Clever_Duck

Can you define slow? Do you mean slow to start.slow on the internet, slow to load programs? Often being slow is down to what runs at startup can you run Highjackthis
post the results as this will show us what you are running

Ok,
I've already attach my HJT logs,

actually, its slow from its startup, but i've already get rid anything that I didn't need at the startup.

when its already bad at the startup, it became worse when I open my Mozilla Firefox browser. it became slower than before, even my cursor usually stopped at this phase.

it didn't happen a couple weeks ago, its only happen recently.
(and I can't stand with it)

thank you.

Looking at the log there is indications that there was malware as malwarebytes is running a cleanup script and as that hasnt been removed it may not have worked.

So I concur with Clever duck that we should continue by doing the prework and getting the security teams to check it out
