Default windows cannot access the specified device pa

When i try to open a game called metin2 i get this "windows cannot access the specified device path or file. you may not have appropriate permissions" right after installing i tryed many guides I Use Avg Pro And if i add them to the pup exeption itll take for ever!

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? That can often solve issues such as yours.
