Default Will Windows 7 run on my PC?

I've downloaded and ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor program on my PC, to see if it could run Windows 7 or not, and I've attached the report. I would be grateful to get someone's opinion on whether I should go for it or not. It looks to me like I could probably just about manage to run the 32-bit version, although the sound card is concern, particularly because I do a lot of sound recording and editing. I can't remember if it is possible to have my PC specs as part of my profile, so here they are anyway:

Hi

To be frank, it's going to struggle and it'll look ugly too! You won't have any sound initially..but yes, it will install and it will work.

Whether you are happy with those other "trade-off's" is up to you
