every prog I install, win 7 freezes at reboot
hi everyone, I have a very annoying problem.
I just got my new laptop with brand new win 7 on it. I installed skype, rebooted and it freezes to the loading screen showing just the written windows but no actual windows picture. I went through recovery, rebooted fine and every program I install, after rebooting it freezes as said. Just AVG works fine. and offcourse after going through recovery, the programmes installed will be autom. deleted. please guys help me or I swear I'll ring Bill Gates' bell and ask him in person!

eheh I bet you wont know it..its an italian maker its called Santech and the model is a x47...need the technical details?
cpu p8800 2.66ghz 4gb ddr3 1066mhz ati radeon 4650 512mb hd 7200 rpm 500gb 16mb buffer do you need other explanations? |

There are lots of issues with skype on win7 what version are you installing? some are trying the new beta and other are getting the same problem as you with 3.8 full details here
