Default Still having problems with preinstalled games

So I posted a topic a week? ago about my Preinstalled vista games(spider solitaire, etc) not working..The issue was resolved, but there is now a 2nd problem.

My Windows Feature list now shows up, but whenever I try to click the games folder and ENABLE it, It goes for a little bit and I get an error message that says

"An error has occurred, not all of the features were successfully changed"

Yeah, so I still cannot turn my games back on.

Things I've Already Tried:

System restore

Tick the boxes in add/remove in safe mode and then reboot.

Run sfc /scannow at an elevated command prompt. Type cmd into the start menu and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter or right click and select run as administrator.

Open a Command Prompt as Administrator.
Enter the following command and hit Enter: "Start /wait ocsetup InboxGames" (without quote marks). This will take several minutes to complete. Once the command is complete you will return to the command prompt. This command does not return a message. You will need to manually reboot the system to complete this method. <---This gave me a message...stopped half way and said

"*the component setup program encountered an error: 0x800b0100 no signature was present in the subject
""

So yeah, clearly I've tried a number of things, none of which are giving results

It's really driving me nuts, and I do NOT want to reinstall Vista (64xbit by the way) Because I have soooo many games installed, as well as just a ton of stuff that would take months and a ton of bandwidth to get back.

Noo, Most of my games are legitimate, but a few of them are older and don't work, so I'd need to download to get them. I just mean all my programs. ;(

If I go over the bandwidth limit i'll get in trouble from my ISP again.
(they threatened to shut us off last time)

Edit
I also wanted to add that some of my games are from "gamesmania" and "Steam" so I'd still have to download them back as well.

Don't you think this is a bit irrelevant? My problem lies within my computer.

But, I have agoraphobia..and so i need to get homeschooled, my homeschool teacher is a huge gamer, so he'd bring over some burned copies of games for me.
[tested on his own machine].

Well I beg to differ as it seems to me that this whole issue that you have is based on this game angle and their inability to install, run or whatever.

It may well be that you are having issues because of these pirated games.

I'm sorry Simon but I have to abide by the forum ruling on this which states quite clearly that we cannot advise on software of an illegal nature.

I have no choice but to close the thread sorry.
