True. I got WinPE to work, but it really is just a command prompt, not a real Windows like I was lead to believe. I even tried valid commands and nothing works.

Hey guys, I tried cleaning the USB stick, and it did, but some how my computer doesn't read it. Any one know what is going on? When I insert it, it shows Disk K, but when I click it it says "please insert removable disk," and the PE tools command prompt says the drive is UNUSABLE. ****, what have I gotten myself into. Read the article I linked and help me on how to reverse this please!

Formatting does not work. Neither in the WinPE command prompt nor the Windows format. When I try to format there is an error and doesn't go through. I have tried every thing I can.
