I run BitDefender with XP Pro & Win 7 RC. Exactly what does the message say, and is the BitDefender Icon located in the Notification area bright red or dark grey??

Hello Jpomp

Welcome to PC Help Forum

This is quite normal because once you installed Bit Defender it will have used it's own protection and turned the other aspects off to alleviate errors.
