Hi there, could you remove everything from 'my recieved files' and also, if your using firefox, go to tools, downloads then delete everything from the list. uninstall the programming using CCleaner - Download
Install it, then double-click the icon on the desk top, click on tools, then uninstall the programs. redownload it and install it again.

Simone,

I've asked Jay to step in as I will be out unexpectedly for the weekend. He'll take good care of you.

Thanks for lending a hand, Jay!

Okay, so I'm a bit unsure of what is it you want me to do....
I've checked my "received files" and I don't have anything in there.
I don't use Firefox.

And regarding the CCleaner program, I've already downloaded it, but do you want me to install it again?

Apologies, Simone. I returned to the on-line late last night.

Could you go ahead with a run through of CCleaner?
