Navigate to and delete the following folder:
c:\users\simone\favorites\shop

Your computer appears to be clean now.

If you are still experiencing problems, please describe it in detail and I'll see if a tech team member will be able to assist you further.

Ok so I've deleted the folder, but my computer still isn't working correctly...I'm sure that something is wrong!

The main problem is that, when I try to open certain programs, they wont open, only some programs will open, but they wont save or open other files, the computer just frizzes!

Also when I put a cd,dvd or usb stick in, it wont appear....

When I try to save a file in lets say Microsoft Works, it wont respond, it frizzes in the sense that it wont let me do anything, I can't press on anything....

The programs that are working are my picture and music files.
I can also open my doc. files, and write one, but I can't save them.

The programs I have most difficulty with are the ones I’ve downloaded, fx. Itunes, Paint shop pro, they just wont open at all, nothing happens when I try to open them...

Your executables might have been impacted by the malware before Chiaz worked with you to remove it. If you could select one program that would be easy to uninstall, and reinstall fresh (if downloaded, redownload the installation; if from CD, install from there). I would like to see if that will make a difference.

Okay, so I've uninstall, and reinstall a program called PhotoFiltre. It actually working for a sec and another program as well, but then I tried to open it again, and it wouldn't save any files, it froze again....

Did you download a fresh install or install directly from disk?
