Simone,
I don't know how I didn't find this right off the bat.... DSLReports is quite respectable as well. They offer this As with ANY Changes on your system, please create a new System Restore point before you begin the steps outlined. If you have any questions, stop and ask. Starting the task over is better than having a fouled system due to misunderstanding

I'm about to start on the link you gave me.
I have a question, do you want me to install my paint shop program first? because it isn't on my computer atm |

Simone,
I just realized that my link requires a login at DSL Reports. The logins there are free. If you are unable to obtain the info, let me know and I'll get to you another way.

No I don't have any problem seeing the site, but when it says:
First step: Delete the Jasc Software directory from your hard drive and follow the 3 sets of instructions listed below (the default location is C:\Program Files\ Jasc Software I can't find the Jasc Software anywhere..... |

Are you able to continue then with any of the steps that follow? The software must already be out of Add/Remove Programs and only remain in traces in the Registry.

Yes I could and I did, but to make sure that every single Paint shop file was gone, I deleted everything in that name.
Afterwards I tried to download the program, and when it was done, a box with this text came up: Could not initialize installation. C:\User\Simone\AppData\Local\Temp\pswi_preloaded.e xe The specified file was not found. I've seen this box before, and I'm almost sure that If we find this file it will work again...What do you think? |
