Windows Parental Controls Error!!

hi,

When I try to setup Parental Controls for a new user I get the error "Unable to make changes to parental controls settings. If this problem persists, see your system administrator".

My Account is an Administrator and I get as far as clicking on the user in the list.

HELP PLEASE?

Have you updated that installation of Vista to SP1? SP1 contains over 3000 (count 'em) bug fixes.
