internet explorer not responding

hi all

most times when i load internet explorer up it will say internet explorer is not responding and has to close.
its the very latest one i think its explorer 8 ????

after a few times it will work.

also in msn messenger when i click the email icon to open my inbox up it will fail then and i will have to try again.

does anyone now why these problems occur ?

Hi - Welcome back to PCHF -

I'd suggest first download and install Firefox from here:

Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable | Mozilla Europe

which gives you another browser option.

After that, given your description of problems, please follow the PreWork link as below.
